Honor Magic5 series and full-scene new release, in addition to new phones, Honor also launched Honor Vision glasses, the largest can achieve a 201-inch virtual giant screen experience.
The Honor of the Vision glasses (HONOR Vision Glass) appearance is similar to the traditional sunglasses, bear weight as light as 80 grams, and very easy to carry.
HONOR Vision Glass uses a Sony Micro OLED screen with a corner resolution of 49PPD, which can achieve a maximum of 201 inches of virtual giant screen experience, supports 500 nits of eye brightness, and has also received multiple German Bluein eye protection certifications.
Honor Vision glasses use a new system interaction interface, support the opening of mobile applications in the glasses giant screen, and can be perfectly adapted to the Honor Magic5 series, feel the seamless integration of the virtual world and the real environment.
The Honor Vision Glasses perfectly combine technology, fashion, and portability. With a body weight of about 80g (excluding cables and nose pads), even wearing them for long periods will not cause too much pressure on the nose bridge. The appearance design is inspired by classic sunglasses, trendy and avant-garde, yet not too obtrusive.
Beneath the stylish appearance of sunglasses, the Honor Vision Glasses offer an ultimate screen display system. Equipped with two Micro-OLED screens behind the lenses, the Honor Vision Glasses have a pixel per degree (PPD) of up to 49 Real RGB, a maximum brightness of 500 nits, and a contrast ratio of 100000:1, providing clear and vivid colors. The Honor Vision Glasses also follow Honor’s tradition of eye protection, receiving authoritative certifications from TUV Rheinland in Germany for low blue light, no flicker, and eye comfort AR, ensuring eye safety while providing an immersive viewing experience. To create a more immersive viewing experience, the lenses of the Honor Vision Glasses are designed with low transmittance, which can effectively block external light and provide a more comfortable viewing experience in various scenarios.
The Honor Vision Glasses come with a dedicated Type-C cable that supports direct connection to electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops that support the DP protocol. Whether at home or on the go, users can easily connect and enjoy an immersive mobile viewing experience.
The Honor Vision Glasses support two main functions: mirror mode and space mode, providing users with rich usage experiences. Mirror mode enables air projection, allowing users to project the screens of their electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops, onto the Honor Vision Glasses and experience a 130-inch screen (equivalent to a distance of 4 meters) just by wearing the glasses. Users can access the display content of the connected device in real-time through the air screen in front of them. When watching movies and videos, users can also experience the smooth experience of a 130-inch cinema screen. In addition to mirror mode, the Honor Vision Glasses also support space mode (supported models can be found on the official website), allowing users to immerse themselves in a virtual space just by wearing the glasses. After connecting their smartphone to the Honor Vision Glasses and entering the space mode through a dedicated app, users can experience a 201-inch virtual screen (equivalent to a distance of 6 meters) and enter a 3D space. In space mode, users can enjoy various applications, including movies, games, and office applications, and can access some phone applications within the space, expanding the range of application scenarios. In space mode, users can also open three windows simultaneously using the Honor Vision Glasses’ built-in browser, adjusting the window size and position for an efficient and immersive multi-screen experience.
The release of the Honor Vision Glasses not only enriches Honor’s full-scene wearable product line but also breaks through space limitations, allowing users to enjoy an immersive big-screen viewing experience anytime, anywhere, bringing new experiences in smart technology with cutting-edge technology.
